Red flags – 

They got their initials mixed up.  They call themselves “UGTB” but the bank name is supposedly “United National Global Bank”.  However, the URL banner on browser shows: “United National Trust Bank”.  None of the initials line-up.  Either the scammers are bad at spelling, or they are reusing the same website for several scams, and only change the title of the website from one to another.
