Red flags – The website is now offline.  This is what it said while it was running – 

“Bosa Finance and Technology Ltd (www.berrypax.com) is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority (M.I.S.A.) of Comoros Island. The company registration number is 2023-00594.”   

So, next time you’re in the Indian Ocean, stop by the island of Mwali and you might be able to trade there.  Although, the FSMA of Belgium says there were running a fraudulent website.
