“The SKYLINE VIP brand, owned and operated by Skyline Capital AG, is authorized within the European Union and is regulated under the Zentraler Firmenindex (ZEFIX), holding the registration number CH‑020.3.050.636‑3.”

Red flags – The ZEFIX is a company registrar for Switzerland companies.  It is not a financial markets regulator.  The Swiss markets authority is FINMA.
